The Northern Free State Pig Study Group meets once every four months in Heilbron. The aim of the study group is to learn, and to keep abreast, of what is happening in the pig industry. The group has approximately 30 members.
The study group usually invites a speaker to their meetings. After the meetings, the members relax with refreshments and share thoughts informally.
The study group’s annual general meeting usually takes place at the beginning of the year. At the end of the year the group holds a year end function.
