Stir-fry for the lazy chef

450 - 500 g pork strips taken from the leg or chump
oil for frying
250 ml mushrooms
2 carrots, thinly sliced
125 ml green beans, shredded
80 ml strips of green or red pepper
garlic and herb seasoning/salt and pepper

Method

Dry pork strips with kitchen paper. Stir fry in little oil until light brown. Add the rest of the ingredients bit by bit until everything is coated with oil. Stir fry until vegetables are done.
