Pork chops with
figs
8 pork chops 1 tin (410 g) figs or 6 fresh figs Method Pour figs and half of the syrup into a
blender. Add soy sauce, wine, Worcester sauce and mustard and blend. Pour
liquid into a sauce pan and add onion. Bring mixture to the boil, reduce
the heat and simmer for 5 minutes without a lid. Grill the chops over
medium coals. Regularly baste chops with sauce. Heat remaining basting
sauce and serve with chops.
