500 g minced pork 1 x 44 g packet brown onion soup 175 ml plain yoghurt 1 slice brown bread, crumbed cooking oil for deep fat frying
Method
Mix together all the ingredients. Shape into meatballs. Fry in heated oil until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. (4 – 6 servings)
