Pork kebabs with
garlic sauce
500 g leg of pork, cut into 25 cubes Garlic sauce 50 ml cooking oil Method First prepare sauce by mixing all the
ingredients together. To prepare meat, thread meat alternately with onion
and apple onto bamboo skewers. Grill 100 mm under a pre-heated element for
approximately 10 minutes or until cooked, turning and basting meat
frequently with the sauce. Serve immediately with the remaining garlic
sauce. |
