Kasseler rib chops with rosemary mustard

8 Kasseler rib chops, 20 mm thick

Rosemary mustard

10 ml dried or 30 ml chopped fresh rosemary
10 ml French mustard
10 ml Pommery mustard
125 ml thick cream
125 ml plain yoghurt

Method

First prepare the sauce by mixing all ingredients together well. Grill over moderate coals or in a pre-heated smoking hot riffle pan for approximately 5 minutes in total. Serve chops with rosemary mustard.
